SoftEther slow internet connection

Hi,
I set up recently SoftEther on my local network, client on win10 laptop and server on Rasberry pi4 but seems that internet connection provided
by Softether is slow like 4.5/3.8 Mb. My normal internet connection in 25Mb.
The only way what I found out to get internet from VPN working was to use virtual NAT and DHCP. Activating this function causes jump of CPU load
in Rapsberry to 100%, this can be a reason of slowness but I'm not sure. Any idea ??
