Re: Virtual HUB DHCP
Unless you want to build a separate Network/subnet for the VPN dial-in clients (where this network would be connected using a virtual L3 switch), your hub is connected with the Bridge to you network, making it a part of it, softher VPN defaults to a Layer2 VPN.
If your network has a DHCP server, vpn-clients will get an IP assigned by this server. Like any other PC inside the Network.
If you do not have a DHCP server, think of installing one, or you have to assign the IP Addresses manually.

Re: Virtual HUB DHCP
On each users PC, set a desired ip address in the TCP/IP settings of the VPN adapter.
Note: if you choose addresses matching your local network at the servers site, the VPN clients wont be able to talk to the rest of the network unless you disable virtual NAT.

"When i disable the secure NAT then client is unable to connect vpn. "
connecting to the VPN and virtual NAT or DHCP should be not related to each other. You might get no ip address, but should be able to connect to the VPN.
From the beginning there was something I did not understand but ignored it:
"Now problem is virtual hub dhcp assigning the ip address to the my local network clients how i can stop these issue"
If you activate virtual NAT + DHCP, the VPN clients get IP Adresses by the virtual DHCP but this should not have an influence on you local network.
Please describe your setup more detailed.
