Download speed limit from YouTube site Problem

Hello. Every time I use this program, I have a problem with the speed limit of 500 KB per second for downloading from YouTube. But this problem does not exist in other sites. I used all the methods of connection via mobile internet as well as ADSL. Also from different servers available in this program. My internet bandwidth is also high, but the problem is the speed limit for downloading from YouTube by this program. Can this problem be solved with settings? I use IDM to download.
