VMWare Horizon Client

Hi.
I am using SoftEther VPN on my windows 11 system, and login to my workplace with the VMWare Horizon client. I have a paid VPN provider (12vpn) which offers servers with the Softether protocol and everything works fine. Now i installed my own Softether Server in the cloud. While i can browse the web without any issues, and it shows me the IP Address of the VPN Server, the connection to my workplace is broken. I can login at my workplace but then the client gets diconnected and it counts down from 2 minutes to zero, and closes the VMWare Horizon client because no connection can be established.
Do you have any idea what could be the reason? Any hint would be appreciated.
