New User Help

Hi, Im new and would like your inputs in setting up my system. I have a network that is setup in the following order:
From ISP to Router, from Router to Sophos XG, from Sophos XG to Windows server 2012.
I need help to allow network users, mostly BYODs to be able to backup and acceess their works on the windows server when they are in the office and remotely. Any help will be appreciated
