Can I have two Virtual Hubs with different sourceIPs?

Post by behzadian » Thu Apr 21, 2022 4:12 pm

I have 2 external IPs on my server, I can set default IP that windows uses to send request, but I want to config softether to have 2 different virtual hubs (or other thing) to do following:

- define some users that their requests will be sent using IP1 and some users that their requests will be sent with IP2
- I can use different ports or virtual hubs for these two group of users

details:
user1's local ip is 1.2.3.4, connects to VPN at IP 5.6.7.8, then VPN server forwards its request to 10.20.30.40 using IP 50.60.70.80 (server at 10.20.30.40 sees 50.60.70.80 as requester IP)

user2's local ip is 10.20.30.40, connects to VPN at IP 5.6.7.8 (same as above, or different, does not matter for me), then VPN server forwards its request to 10.20.30.40 using IP 5.6.7.8 (server at 10.20.30.40 sees 5.6.7.8 as requester IP)

Any idea how to implement it?
OR if above situation can't be implemented, can I set softether service to use specific ip as source of forwarding requests?
