SecureNAT DHCP question

Hello again,
U just asked this uestion in another post but I think i did not post it. Sorry for double-posting.
Using SE on AWS sunning ubuntu, 2CPU ,4GB RAM, in the IP list (secureNAT) it seems 4 IPs are consumed per session (screenshot attached), Is this normal? Thanks
