Dynamic DNS configuration can't connect to DDNS server

Hi everyone, and thanks in advance.
I have had this server setup using the dynamic dns from softether for about a year without an issue. Today, for some reason the server is not able to connect to the softether dns server. I can connect to the server using the IP address, and the firewall is currently off on the server.
Is there an issue with their service? And if so how can I see a current status of that service?
It is down as of right now, 7/2/2022 2:30PM EDT.
If it's not down on their end any suggestions what may have changed?
