Windows Server with SE VPN Server: cannot access on self hosted services

I've a windows server hosted on cloud. It has 1 network card with pubblic ip address.
I've installed SE VPN Server with a classic simple configuration: virtualhub with virtual dhcp server enabled and virtual host network interface on 192.168.30.1. I can connect to server with my office pc and openvpn client, I can ping ip 192.168.30.1 but i can't access any services hosted on the same server (rdp, web service etc....).
Reading some topics on this forum, I think I need a virtual adapter for my server (maybe TAP?) and take a local bridge with SE virtual hub.
It seems a good and supported solution for Linux server, but how can I do on my Windows server? Anyone have a solution?
