DDNS update due to ISP change

Hi to all,
in the next weeks, we will change service provider.
Which is the right way to update the DDNS registration of a VPN Server ?
I mean that in the past I had to reinstall the local OS server due to a complete failure of hrdware, but I coudn't reuse the old DDNS name.
So now there are 2 DDNS names that point to the same Public IP
vpnlocate.softether.net 151.0.145.133
vpnlocate1.softether.net 151.0.145.133
In the week 30 this public IP will be replaced by 2.40.241.100
What I have to do ?
