Communication platforms - Teams and Zoom

Hi, all!

Just a quick and very simple, yet I think, quite important question:

What is your advice on using communications platforms, in particular Teams and Zoom, to make video and audio calls- should they be used within web-browser or rather in installed on PC? A comment from 'cmd whoami' got me wondering about this issue, since the web browsers nowadays have WebRTC and Flash in them...

Is it safer to have them running on local HDD, or with-in browsers such as Chrome?

Thank you very much!

Right,
You can disable WebRTC and PeerConnection, but then you wont be able to make any connections using the web browser.

Are there any websites that can run tests for WebRTC and PeerConnection leaks?

If you use installed Teams or Zoom on your HDD, will these software somehow be able to leak real IP (I assume installed software does not have WebRTC and PeerConnection?

Thanks again!
