hi,body!
when i installed the softether-vpnserver_vpnbridge-v1.00-9029-rc2-2013.03.16-windows-x86_x64-intel, i created the link as attachment link_config.jpg
when i try to connect the vpn server, i got the error report as attachment error_report.jpg.
i am sure the password for administrator is correct.but i don't know why give me the message that access was refused.
please somebody help me to solve this problem.

Why don't you install v2021/2022 and tell us how's that going?

i have installed the latest version of vpn server. now it work well.but i met another trouble,i forgot the administrator password.so now my vpn server manager can't link vpn server of the company. how can i get back my administrator password or reset it?
