Can I create my own VPN client based on SoftEther? If possible, have any tutorials to make a custom VPNClient?

Yes, I have my own server! I want to build a VPN client application using my own SE Server and use SE Client as a library or something like that and more advance, I want to make a VPN client that can control traffic allow or not some applications can use my own SE Server!
