Help for a Newbie

Post by Wayne Gulliford » Thu Oct 06, 2022 5:25 pm

Can someone help or point me right direction?

I'm new to SoftEther and trying to setup a Site-to-Site VPN, using Layer 3 IP routing.
I have followed the guide "10.6 Build a LAN-to-LAN VPN (Using L3 IP Routing)" but have had no success.
Below is the config I have setup on the bench.
It appears to be connected but I can't access (ping) the other network from either side.
The remote bridge side can't ping the Layer 3 Switch address (192.168.50.250) but the Server side can.
It feels like I am missing some fundamental setting to get this to work.
If there is any missing information needed, please let me know and I will try to provide.

Thanks

Get rid of the internal cascade and routes and apply external static routes.
