Urgent and strong need for the mobile software client version

Hello,
In my country Iran, as you may be aware of recent news. There is severe censorship on the Internet.
All tools and VPN protocols or proxies have been blocked and people's work on the Internet has been disrupted and it has caused a lot of damage to businesses.
In the meantime, I tried all the methods and found that the only method that is not blocked yet is using SoftEther (I don't mean L2TP or OpenVPN and other standard methods). But the big problem is that the client version of this program is provided only for Windows, Mac and Linux and cannot be used on mobile.
Is it possible to provide this program, even in a limited and temporary or unofficial form, for Android and iOS on mobile phones to solve our problems?
Iranian society has a strong and urgent need for it.
