Hi All
How can I implement this scenario?
I have a VPS that has full internet connection.
I've installed SE Vpn Server on this VPS, and it is working fine.

I have another VPS server that has not internet connection but has a connection to see VPS1 above.
I want users connect to VPS2 (that has limited internet) and via this VPS2 connect to VPS1 and use internet.

I tried to ways:
1- I installed a new VPN server on VPS2 and creates a HUB with cascade connection to VPS1, and it's fine.
But when users connect to VPS2 VPN server they don't have internet. I want to force VPS 2 VpnServer hub use cascade connection I defined, but I didn't manage to do that.

2- I tried to install VPN Bridge on VPS 2 with cascade connection to VPS 1,
but client can't connect to VPS2 Vpn Bridge, the VPN client told not supported with code 33.

I wonder and would be very thankfull if any one could help me :)

You have missed this part: yes SecureNAT (with all defaults)
