Dear @solo and everyone
Hi there, after several users (for example 20 users) connected via OpenVPN, the 21 user can't connect to the server and keep get Authentication failed (Standard Password & Radius Password)
the same username can connect via L2TP and Softether VPN Client without any issue but can't login with OpenVPN
I got ovpn profile from Softether Server Manager and edited by standard rules
so there is should a problem to prevent users connect easily to OpenVPN
Server use as cascade
no bridge
no NAT
firewalld disabled (even was enabled not worked)
use Radius and Standard users
with valid digicert certificated
if you need I can give you my .ovpn conf
but I think the problem is on server side
Sofether Server 4.29 (Centos 7) & (Centos 9)
if you have any idea how can I workaround with the issue?

It's time to upgrade from this old build. There were many bug-fixes since, like eg:

SoftEther VPN 4.32 Build 9731 Beta (January 1, 2020)
Bugfix: OpenVPN Certificate Authentication may cause process crush.

I have 4.39 latest build
I'm sorry mistyped before
I don't know this is bug or not, but I can give you ovpn profile and server config as well
Even using only Standard user cause the same problem
Reinstall and fresh install the same issue

Hi JellyVPN, this issue is still unresolved.

It's a dead end, thanks a lot
so we lost the train to use OpenVPN from Softether, we should choose alternate options

1. when I installed in Windows version get the error Unsupported
2. I couldn't install it on Ubuntu 22.10, maybe I'm doing something wrong, documentation is not great for installation, can you help me please?
3. how can I enable Wireguard? ( I see it has Wireguard)
