Keep your SE server and cascade as they are and install OpenVPN server. Then bridge both servers' soft taps together for an internal L2.

Do you mean just these steps:
in SE manager, local bridge setting > Virtual Hub (selecting a virtual hub) > Bridge with new Tap device > New tab device name > Create local bridge
?
If yes I tried with Wiregard wg0 interface and OcServ vpns0 , both were added successfully and taps where created
Code: Select all
ip -br a
tap_vpns0 UNKNOWN IP_V6/64
tap_wg0 UNKNOWN IP_V6/64
But still the IP address for the WG / OC client is the first SE server not the end point (where cascaded has been connected to)
Is there any other configuration needs to be done?
