vpnazure.net SSL connect error

I've had my SoftEther VPN set-up for a while now, and it was all working happily. Now it tends to fail to connect more than work, but it does intermittently. I'm not aware of any changes in my network configuration or server, so unsure if this is due to my end of the vpnazure.net servers, but now when I attempt to connect I usually: 'get SSL connect error "error:0A000126:SSL routines::unexpected eof while reading"'.
Any way to debug and understand this issue?
