Softether do not sent radius request at all

Hi
I have install softether version :
SoftEther VPN Server and VPN Bridge (Ver 4.38, Build 9760, rtm)
and It's work fine. but I enable radius on my IBSng server and users received incorrect username and password login failure.
When check radius server logs there in no related log
after that I monitor packets are sending from Softether server and there in no connections to radius server on login process.
It seems that Softether don't send any radius request to radius server.
Could anyone has an idea about that ? !!!
