How to get connected with the VPN server

Hi,
I am a new user of this VPN software. I have downloaded the software, but when I tried to connect with VPN server, it requires my username and password. May I know where to register the username?

Thank you :_) I tried, still no. I need to choose account type which is standard password or radius or NT certificate. Then what username or password I should use? I tried with vpn, didn't work though.

Thank you again. But the problem is I don't know where to register the username or password. I think I lost the admin information. Or can you check for me through Anydesk？ I need some help as someone is tracking my computer (a few VPN connection was broken).

11.1.11 I forgot my VPN Server's administrator password.
If you have forgotten the administrator password for your VPN Server, refer to 3.3 VPN Server Administration
and delete the following lines from the VPN Server configuration file with a text editor:

As written above, by deleting the [HashedPassword] field under the [ServerConfiguration] node you can reset
the VPN Server password to an empty password.

Stop the SE service before editing.

Still can't find it ;-)
There is a backup.vpn_client.config, but I can't enter this folder.

I don't think you need your own SE server. Please go to
https://www.vpngate.net/en/ where you'll find detailed GUI guides.

Thank you again. But I tried with the current two servers Austria and Netherlands, didn't work with the password. And I read through and know how to add the new server. But none works...shit @_@

Try this - uninstall all SoftEther software, reboot, then install
VPN Gate Client. Now, no need to enter any passwords, simply click on any VPN server from the list.

Can't be connected with any server. It shows error code. Don't know what's wrong.

To establish a VPN connection to VPN Server, you must create a connection setting. To create a connection setting, select [New Connection Setting] on the [Connect] menu of VPN Client Manager. Hereafter, explanations on creating a connection setting and editing the settings assume this window is open. I hope this will help you.

Oh thank you. Yes I open the new connection but it requires to fill other informations such as host name, virtual hub name, server certificate verification options, and user authentication setting of username and password. After all those, then i can click on the OK to establish the connection. What should I fill it up?
