Hello Everyone, hoping I can get some help

My laptop from a different location from the Softether VPN Server is not connecting. I am entering the correct DDNS, TCP/UDP port 5555 is open on router where VPN Server resides. UDP Port 500 and 4500 is also open on router where VPN Server resides. I am able to connect to the VPN with a computer within the network though.

Please Help

Same issue for me also!

in Router we opened 5555 port for server and disabled windows firewall already but without virtual server in router client can connect via 443.
443.PNG
in Server Open Ports
OpenPorts.PNG
Server Side in Browser Page for 5555

we are using vpnazure service as hostname and using 443 its connecting from outside LAN but via 5555 & other ports not connecting issue!

If you have forwarded ports to the SoftEther server, disabled firewalls, and get nothing from a remote PC's browser on https://your.server.public.ip.addr:5555/ then your ISP does not allow incoming connections.

NAT-T if you're lucky, VPN Azure if you're not in a hurry, or VPS if you can afford it.
