Not connect mikrotik to l2tp VPN softether

Please help configure the connection from Microtic to vpn server on softether.
I connected without encryption, but I didn't with encryption.
I attach the network diagram, Mikrotik settings. Against a green background, these are filled settings.
Setup port forwarding (dst-nat) for UDP 500, 1701, 4500 for the mikrotik in the Lan with softether.
