Are there any notes on how to configure IKEv2/IPSEC?

L2TP is no longer supported from Android 12.

Apologies if this has been covered I couldn't see it in the forums

SoftEther does not support IKEv2.
You can download 3rd party clients to do OpenVPN or SSTP.
