SoftEther VPN User Forum

Hello,

I am using Softether VPN on my Ubuntu VPS, yesterday my server was rebooted by our data center after that the softether VPN stopped working and it was showing an error that the HUB was not created, I have previously created the HUB and also assigned the user on it, but after yesterday I have to again create a different HUB and my previously created HUB was deleted. Any idea what was the issue with VPN.

It seems your VPS data center rebooted _AND_ restored an older backup of your OS image.
