User Authentication Problem on L2TP

Hi dear users
i have a problem on user authentication,
for L2TP connection , users only will connect if i set Auth Type as Anonymous Authentication from Usermanager, for open VPN its versa vice condition, for open vpn it cant connect when Anonymous Authentication has selected.
