Ongoing service issue with VPN Azure NAT-T Service?

Is there a service issue with the vpnazure.net NAT-Traversal service?

Four of us got kicked off our VPN earlier about the same time 13:45 UK time and we can not reconnect using the Softether VPN client. Nothing reported in the logs.

Update:

My Android VPN IPSEC client connects directly fine.

If we create a direct connection to the same VPN host using the static IP then it connects fine so the problem seems to be with the NAT-T service.

Thanks

OK once everyone had dropped off the VPN server when they could not reconnect, I simply toggled the VPN Azure option to 'Disabled' and back to 'Enabled' and it immediately showed 'Connected' again and everyone could reconnect.

Has anyone seen this before or have any idea how to monitor or troubleshoot this? This server has been up for months without issue and the config has been static. There is nothing logged and the status never changed from 'Connected' in the management GUI.

Thanks
