I want to enable split tunneling
but only for a few subnets
Please refer below subnets

192.168.1.0/24
192.168.2.0/24
192.168.5.0/24
192.168.6.0/24

You can use "Secure NAT" setting to add static routes to push to a client and tell the client to only "include" routes have been mentioned in "Secure NAT".
but
Including routes relies on clients to add/implement not on a server. So you may set it but see it that did not work. (try it anyway)

The other solution is in client side, "separate" any route or subnet you want. just exclude them before establishing a "full tunnel".

Please refer below subnets ....
Yeah we know these already, describe context: OS, SecureNAT, LBS, L3.
