Unable to connect to VPN via Client PC

i have installed SoftEther VPN Server and setup VPN connection on windows 10 however the client machine unable to connect to VPN. Is there any settings that i have missed out or take note of?

Yes, either
- SecureNAT should be enabled
- or a bridge should be created for that HUB users are connected to
Open SE server manager , open setting for that hub, check SecureNAT
