how to bypass firewall

We cant use the vpn software with the company firewall
We want to add urls into the firewall so that vpn traffic is bypassed
First we added the vpnname.softether.net into firewall but its still blocking the
vpn traffic
What other urls or ip do we need to add to avoid this traffic access?
