I have problems with Add VPN Connection

¡Hello!
When I want to connect to an IP of some server, it won't let me connect, Error code 1 appears
I already looked for solutions on Youtube and if it is solved but it reappears and now it no longer lets me connect, but to the "VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers" if it lets me do it.
I need a solution please
on Youtube there is no solution
and as i said
this error appears only in "Add VPN connection".

public-vpn-185 is for diagnostics and ATM fully operational - there are no errors.
RTFM and re-try.
If/when it works for you, move on to whatever you had tried to connect to initially.

Well I was able to connect it with what you told me, and I connected after clicking retry until I connected, I got code 2 error
I put it as a work area network, everything normal
I disconnected it, tried my VPN server and still getting error code 1
and the server that told me no longer connected again
That I have to do?

I recommend to get this one going first before trying other servers.

I think it's weird that it keeps connecting, and I got error code 2 even on that server, I restarted the PC and it connected fast, then I don't connect anymore, what do I do? I do not know what else to do

Your ISP or Gov is blocking VPN connections.
