Single user unable to get ip VPN

Hello all,

We recently took over the MSP role for a client that has SoftEther. I have one user who fails to obtain an ip after the vpn connection is made. Everyone else is working fine. I've removed the virtual nic and software and reinstalled. One thing I noticed in the virtual nics settings is the 'SoftEther Lightweight network protocol' is missing. Would this be the reason this single user is having problems?

1. on the client run dhcptest
2. connect VPN
3. check if dhcptest logs DHCP
