how to support IKEv2/IPsec?

android 13 is not support L2TP/IPsec, it changed to IKEv2/IPsec. my phone can't connect to softether vpn anymore.

So many people want to have the IKEv2/IPsec in SE, I don't understand why it is so difficult for the project team to add the new function? Anyone from the project team of University of Tsukuba can stand up and help to solve this problem? Highly appreciated if someone can do so.

IKEv2/IPsec is very much needed in today's era.

You can use open vpn connect app. for softether L2TP connection on android devices.(v13 included)

Android 13 don't support l2tp over ipsec.
Android 13 only support ikev2.
