Dynamic Servers Joining Cluster?

Hello All,

I am investigating SoftEther for a project and am wondering if it is possible to have servers dynamically join/leave a cluster while still having stability?

Also would be interested to know what an upper maximum number of servers that could be in an active cluster as well.
