access list still doesn't work

Good evening dear ones, I have a configuration of 10 machines that need to communicate "only" via port 1433, 2121, 65000-65050, but when I add to block everything with priority 1000, and I put the entries 1433, 2121, 65000-65050, smaller priority type 900, 901, 902 respectively does not work, that is, it does not communicate on the doors I try to open, forgive my English, I am a Portuguese speaker.

oops good evening, I read this and other posts but I couldn't understand them. If someone can configure it with images, to allow only port 1433, 2121 and 65000-65050, blocking all others, I think it would solve it for me and everyone who has this issue to solve.
