cant access PC remotely by bitvise when softether connected

I have a PC I access remotely. I connect to it using RDP via a SSH tunnel using BitVise.

I want to run softether VPN on this remote PC but when I activate the VPN it disconnects bitvise and I cannot reconnect.

I can access the PC remotely using TeamViewer and the softether VPN is working fine.

How to allow bitvise SSH tunnel to operate with Softether VPN?

Which VPN protocol are you using?

Maybe there is a port clash for whatever reason.
Try also using wireshark to see which ports are being used while connecting via SE and via BitVise

I put in the vpngate addon and it happens with whichever vpn I connect to. It's almost as if the VPN client software takes over the whole card and doesn't let anything connect to it via LAN.

My theory so far is that the Teamviewer works because that is a "reverse" connection. The Bitvise is a direct connection.

My temporary fix is to create a small virtual machine and put the softether inside that.

I will take a look at your suggestion! Thanks for the reply.

Please try to add static route to SSH server.
