SoftEther VPN User Forum

I've been trying to work remotely, but each time I try to connect to the VPN, it crashes and sends an error code 1 or 13. When using an ethernet connection, I have to restart my computer at least 2x so the VPN can finally stabilize and work. Could anyone please give me a solution for this? I've contacted my wifi provider, and they have assured me that it's not the wifi connection.

Confusing. Assuming it happens on WiFi, try to use ethernet cable instead of WiFi, or vice-versa. In any case, it has nothing to do with SoftEther - wrong forum.
