In my office, I have a PC under linux. I have root privileges in my PC. My PC is in a local network with a static address (10.9.1.15).
I have internet access through a proxy (proxy address is 10.3.1.251). I am not administrator of the whole network. Only of my computer.

Can I create a vpn server in my PC that can be accessed from my home? I would like to use my office PC remotely from m y house.
If it is possible, how to achieve that?

Thanks in advance for any advices.

Yes, this proxy-only scenario is achievable with a "reverse" vpn server approach:

- at home install both SoftEther server and client connecting to it via localhost
- from work connect to it via the proxy
- then home-work L2 connection will be available

If your home internet connection is limited, use SE VPN Azure address.

That means that I can not use my office desktop as a vpn server, right?
