Can't find wifi networks

I'm very newbie in IT skills, so i hope you can use easy words so that let me understand...

Anyway, after install SoftEther, i cannot see my list of connectable wifis in my windows..
Although it can automatically connect to my wifi, but i cannot see others usable wifis..

Can anyone give me any solutions?

but with easy words.. (i even don't know how vpn is activated, i just know it is a tool..)

+)i have already tried through "device manager". I re-installed my LAN's driver, or re-activated my LAN device, it temporarily fixed("fixed" means, whenever you want, you can see the list of wifi), but not permanently..)

i'm totally sure that this is related to softether VPN.
Because my 2 ASUS notebook's wifi list is blanked just after install the softether vpn.
i think it is related with the process that inventing VPN adapter when you connect to other servers.

i just researched and found that

netsh wlan set autoconfig enabled=yes interface="Wi-Fi"

is effective in cmd, but not permanently..

can anyone give me other solutions?

I don't know if this information is useful...

i put this in cmd,

netsh wlan show networks

and shows

Interface name : Wi-Fi
Visible networks cannot be displayed because auto
configuration has been disabled on the interface.

is this related to problem solvings?
