Hello,
we have been using SoftEther VPN for a long time, clients connect using the SoftEther client or directly from Windows via L2TP.
When they connect, they get an address directly in our (single) subnet 192.168.4.x
I have new tablet with Android 14 and I used OpenVPN Connect there with a configuration file generated from the SoftEther server. The connection works, but sometimes I don't get an address in the range 192.168.4.x, but 192.168.0.x. Just disconnect/connect (sometimes several times) and I get the correct adress.
What could be causing this?
Thank you.

Re: Open VPN Connect client - get the wrong address
Remove the second DHCP server from your LAN or set a static IP on your client.
