Internet Speed is very slow, when connect to VPN

Whenever I connect to SoftEther VPN (server running on cloud ), internet speed significantly drops to 2-4 MBPS.
However, without the VPN, much faster internet speed of 150-200 MBPS. Interestingly, when I connect to AWS VPN (Other VPN Server), the internet speed remains at a decent 50 MBPS, which is satisfactory.
I've diligently attempted various troubleshooting methods found online to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, none have proven successful thus far.

OK, more info is trickling in, yet you still have not posted what was asked for. Before you do, try another config to resolve this issue - do not bridge eth0 directly but create a SE soft tap and then bridge it to eth0.

Maybe turning on "Disable UDP Acceleration" and "Disable NAT-T" can increase the speed. This feature is in the VPN properties and advanced settings of SoftEther VPN Client.

I recommend changing the VPN protocol to UDP and adjusting the MTU settings to around 1400 bytes.
