How do I update Softether on Linux to latest version without losing any of my settings?

first You need to backup you settings.

All settings exist in

as far as I know all settings are vpn_server.config and certs/

After that it is a matter of downloading and extracting the newest SE version, extract it to the desired location then overwrite with the old settings from the previous step and then start SE
