Hello all,
I'm attempting to set up a Windows 10 VPS with a VPN server. I've had everything configured and can connect to the VPN, but the download and upload speeds were erratic and very sluggish, ranging from 2 to 20 Mbps, compared to 350 Mbps for my home connection and 500 Mbps for the VPS. One of the options that emerged from the investigation was to steer clear of the built-in Dhcp and SecureNAT. I was unable to get any more instructions on how to configure this on a Windows operating system.
Although the client received an IP address when I used the Windows DHCP server tools and disabled SecureNAT, there was no internet connection. I installed a Microsoft Loopback Adapter (MLA) and configured a new bridge on SE after reading some more, but I was unable to access the internet when I connected to the server once more.
I would be grateful for assistance from someone with the necessary knowledge; once more, this is a Windows 10 OS running on a VPS server with a static IP address.
