Errore Conneting in Iphone ?

My account works well and at high speed on the computer. But it doesn't work on the mobile phone and it gives the following error
I opened all the ports on the server and I am using the same internet
use:l2TP
VPN COnnectio
your connection faild.tyr reconnection . if the problem contiones verify your settings and contact your adminstrator
