Access to client VPN from server side

I would like to control access from the client VPN from the server side is that possible? The VPN Client disconnects and does not reconnect to the VPN server automatically (even though that is the settings)

I am trying to set up softEther on a 10.XX.XX.XX IP address. I am encountering many problems with the connection. where do I even start? all the videos I found online started with 192.XX.XX.XX. Additionally, the client side IP address IS 192.XX.XX.XX.
I'll appreciate some help or direction to begin to solve this problem.

Enable VPN Azure if direct connection fails.
No need for "10.XX.XX.XX IP address".
