The OpenVPN client can be configured to connect to a SoftEther VPN server? The native Windows 11 VPN client configured with SSTP protocol will connect to a SoftEther VPN Server? Do either of these allow automatic connection after computer restart and/or Windows user login? Thank you.

Do either of these allow automatic connection after computer restart and/or Windows user login? Thank you. Tried exporting Sample config file for OpenVPN client connection from SoftEther VPN Server. Imported on client computer, it keeps connecting and disconnecting from VPN server over and over. Is there a manual way to install the Virtual Network Adapter device driver for SoftEther client, or a way to troubleshoot why it won't install through the GUI?
