How do I completely block VPN clients from accessing my VPN servers

If a client has been connected to a VPN server before, but I need to ban the client now, what can I do? Disabling, expirating, changing its password doesn't work, it generates a lot of request logs. I wanted to ban it from my VPN servers entirely. I added the client IP to the server's security group, and it didn't work.
