SecureNAT and shared folder access on the same server not working (no LAN)

Hello Everyone,
I won't deny I'm really confused about this.
It is a Windows VPS, no lan, just one public IP address. There is a shared folder on this server.
SoftEther installed on mentioned server, securenat configured and enabled: the gateway is 192.168.30.1, DHCP set from .100 to .200.
Remote PC: SoftEther Client installed, gets IP 192.168.30.100 fine, connects perfectly to VPN server. I can PING 192.168.30.1, but am unable to access \\192.168.30.1\sharedfolder.
BUT, on the server: I cannot ping 192.168.30.1 on the server itself, nor can I access \\192.168.30.1\sharedfolder. (I CAN access the shared folder via the server's public ip.)
The main point: I want to access the server's shared folder via VPN, definitely not over the internet using the server's public IP (because the ISP blocks it).
I appreciate any help in advance.
