Unable to Connect to the VPN Server

i have10 window machine and 20 linux machine . i have configured Softether VPN server in one of the linux server and softether vpn client on other windows and linux machine . all machine are on remote location . Few of windows and linux machine are able to connect to the VPN Network . there are few machine which are unable to connect to the server and autheticate . what could be the cause and solution for this . i have tried disabling firewall on windows machine but unable to connect
