Inquiry About Security Policy Timeout and VPN Connection

Hey guys
I wanted to check in and ask if it’s possible to disable the Security Policy timeout period on our system. If so, could you let me know the best ways to do this?
Additionally, I would also like to ask if it's possible to use SoftEther.net DDNS while allowing mobile hotspots or public Wi-Fi to connect to our VPN. If there are specific configurations or setups to enable this, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
